Defeated and discouraged because NOTHING seems to work - you think you’re destined to feel burned out and controlled by food. I get it because I have been there. You do not need more discipline, excessive exercise routines, and a perfect diet plan. What you need is a better relationship with food, your body, and overall health.

Inspired by her personal journey, Alexandra Lamas became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founded Being Embodied. After experiencing an unbalanced relationship with food and movement, she recognized the importance of taking charge of one’s health and well-being.By utilizing integrative nutrition and holistic health approaches, she regained control over her relationship with food, exercise, and daily life. Alexandra firmly believes that healing brings freedom, and her profound passion lies in creating a supportive space and equipping individuals with the necessary tools to feel complete.Through personalized coaching programs, she helps individuals improve their relationship with food and overall well-being. Guided by empathy and evidence-based practices, she empowers clients to embrace self-acceptance, develop positive body image, and create sustainable habits that will lead to lasting change.
